Crab Island (Pulau Ketam)

our trip begin at 10.30am to Pulau Ketam

we took bout 45mins drive from KL to Port Klang (south point)-using federal highway

there is another way by taking KTM to port Klang (read this)

we reached port klang at bout 11.30am, and the speed boat is already there waiting for us

the 'floating houses'

their only vehicle is boat/bicycle...


We reached Jetty Pulau Ketam for 35mins later
the ferry is air conditioned!
with toilet inside (which flush to sea)
the Boat ride is RM7 per way,
they sold it inside the ferry
therefore,no ticket counter available at Jetty

The hotel...i think u'll get reasonable price

Mud crabs

the only entrance from jetty is trough this shop lots
after this will be their small town with shops (only 2 rows)

and a lot of seafood restaurants

then is a temple

we walk along this small street with a lot of houses

don't look down on this small street

it serves as their main street for bicycles!

not that pleasant view...

we turn back after pass by a shop

which sell a lot of dried junk food

example,dried sotong, fish chips, 'kiam hu'(salted fish) etc..

we heading to a seafood restaurant called 'KAM HOR'

KW already drooling..hahaha

we ordered kam hiong crab

prawn paste

'heh ko'(hokkien)

bamboo clam!

stir Fried with garlic and ginger

'la la' (hokkien)

big clams

seafood mee hoon

3 people with 5 dishes!!!!!!!!!

and we ate all!

not because they are delicious, is that we don want to waste them

their seafood is kinda not that fresh!

we are very disappointed!

photos are good to see, but not good to eat.

guess how much we ate?

I think is same price, as compare to KL

is not worth....

anyway, we had a good time traveling.

we enjoy the sea ride...sea breeze~
