DIY Sundae~

 Today's DIY:

Bow (hair pin and broach)

 Pink Flower (Hair pin and Broach)

Navy blue flower (Ring)

Materials:

these is what you need~

bought the cloths from Kamdar, RM6 for 4 big pieces!

Include hair pins and broach~ 

Broach, 6 for RM4.90 (bought in Mid Valley LG floor, stall)

Don't forget, Ring!

Black hair pins bought in Night Market

RM1.50 for 6~

Glue gun~

Blue Bow:

I planed do 10cm long and 6cm wide Bow.

I measured and cut 20cm long, because you gonna bend them over half

*I did not sew the side edge, I burned the side lines by candle.

bend both end to the centre

Start to sew them like the above

push them tight

the bow is in shape!

next, cut small pieces of cloth

sew in the middle

and you are done!

glue it with broach and hair pin

here you go~ nice?

Pink Stack Flower:

I referred to Vivacious Peeps's blog

I use my moisturizer bottle for drawing the out shape

(i dumped my compass after my secondary)

we have to cut a number of pieces

so I stacked up and pin to make sure it wont cut out of shape

*don't stacked too thick.hard to cut

Cut a number of circles (16)

fold into half

another half from the above, 

cone shaped

fold the rests

stacked the folded and become like the above

fan shape

I stacked 3 of the cone shape and started to sew

i used total of 4 stacks

and done!

this is how the back looks like

Glue on the broach first

then attached the hair pin

tada~~~~

is this combination nice?

*because i cut over much circles, so I do 2 pink flowers. who want the other one?

Navy Blue Flower ring:

This time I cut 6 circles with only 50sens' size

then I cut out the pedals

stack like what the pink flower does

here is the actual size

Attached to the ring metal, and Done!

(I use bout 2 hrs to done all these. the cutting use more time, but sewing just few mins)

Bridal attempt~

I got 2 books of beading Magazine from Ju Lee

and it really boost up my inspiration

yala...still doing something similar to what the book teach.

I still need a proper beading teacher wud

I saw 'Bridal Jewelery' on the book cover

immediately i turn to that page.I'm eying for making this bridal jewel for so long

just don't know how to do it

My 1st attempt failed!!

here goes my 2nd trying

It went on fine till I get this :

It is just a palm size long...

the wiring is too short..

but overall is just trying. next time will do it longer.

How to do it???

i am using bare hand to twist twist only.

according to my instinct and twist the design out

Felt Flower

My DIY manicure~

(i just need to stick the nail sticker)

easy~

Red Spiral rose

Vs

Pink Pedals Rose

All made by felt cloths

Materials:

All you need is:

1) Felt cloth

2)String

3)needle

4)paper

5)pencil

6) 20 cents

(depend on how many diameter your rose is)

7)scissors

8)unwanted hair clips

9)glue gun

******************************************************

Pink Pedals Rose:

Draw the outline of RM0.20 on the paper as a base

Draw another 1/4 of the coin's outline, and 'm' shape on it

Just like a pedal
You need like about 6pedals

Stacked one pedal by one pedal till the top

follow the alphabetical order

No. 6 pedal is rather small rectangle,as the bud.


Start sew with the 1st pedal on the base
Sew it tight, make it wavy

One thing i love about felt is that

They are easily sew to form 3D pattern

from the above picture, You will notice the stitches

Then, I roll on the rectangle No.6 bud

then sew it on the center of the flower

However you can still notice the stitches :(

I recommend to use pink string

Red Spiral Rose

above:the out come

Draw a spiral draft and cut it off.

1) Roll the centre bud to where the black arrow points,

sew it up.

2) then you can continue sew it accordingly to the white arrow

3)Finalised the stitches for the No. 2 Step by pulling it tight and create a wavy looks. It automatically form a spiral shape

4) stacked and arrange the spiral shape nicely and sew it layer by layer.

(refer to the white line and Arrows)

Finally, Glue the flower base on your hair clips..

and it's done! (shown on the 2nd pic above)

Try yourself!!

recommend red string as well

The Glue Queen!!

That little gun is Glue.(RM16)

I started to do something for my 1st Customer.

This Customer wan me to do a lot of things.

Luckily the material is bought by her.

Above pic is the Hairband she required.

1) ribbon,RM 3.50 a roll (white)

2) grey ribbon (provide by me,RM4.00,2M)

3) Hair band RM2.00

4) shinny pieces (provide by me. RM4.50 a pack..use for centuries)

This ring, I saw they sell in Mid Valley. one for RM10!

now I tell u how much is the material:

1) metal Ring RM2

2) Clay flower RM2.90

3) my gun glue stick, RM0.80 per stick(no need kira this)

Total only RM 4.90!! eh eh, who wan? I sell u RM5.00 lo, I get RM0.1 for service charge!!
They earn more than 50% leh!!

Here U go...my products.. I took 2hrs to do 3 of these. the Hairband I took the most time to finished it coz, need to sew, stick, ikat ribbon...stick...

hope the customer (friend) like it la...

This one i took a min to finish...haha! nice? I only bought one clay flower for an earring.

Now 'heng' only putting one side, and is such a big flower! ^^


ok la...I wanna try to get back to sleep again liao!
