You can't see my image here of course
How could I take photo while having yoga?
Just wanna show you some pose I had learn
Is already 4 months plus since i learning yoga
I can say that my body is a bit flexible
no more bodyache but...
I still cannot bend my head to touch my knee...(with standing position)
I still need a lot of stretching

Who say yoga cannot be sexy?
(u can watch HK TVB drama-"Mystery of love",there is one part a pretty girl doing yoga to lure the guy! hahaha)
here is sexy one:
(all photos credited by searching in google images)

the bow post (the head shd look front)
hard to do as u need stomach energy!
to restore spine flexibility and also your digestive systems

It strengthen the legs, knees and ankles. It stretches and tones muscles of the leg and can help relieve cramps of the legs.

( I stil need to lean against the wall to do this)
The greatest physical benefits of the sirsha-asana are to the neck, spine and brain. Regular practice of this posture adds suppleness to the spine and increases the flow of blood to the brain. It enhances poise and balance and relieves stress and tension in the lower portions of the body.

dono wat is this post call~
but it really need balancing
using stomach muscle
(ass will pain if no mat)

This posture helps to strengthen your sense of balance and concentration. The arch formed by the back and stretched leg gently aligns the vertebrae of the spine restoring suppleness and easing strain caused by poor posture or long periods of sitting. It tones the muscles of the hips and legs as well as stimulates the chest muscles.

I don't know what is this post called
but...kinda hard to lift my leg so high!
Coz I can't even split my legs...
("yat zi ma")

powerful posture for streatching the spine, back muscles, shoulders and arms.

is maintaining balance on one leg. Poor balance is often the result of a restless mind or distracted attention. Regular practice of this posture will help focus the mind and cultivate concentration (dharana).

or wheel post

another headstand post
I can do it without leaning against the wall~

There are a lot more..
I can't remember all their names
I just follow what the instructor do
=P
okay...i better stop now n get to work
lunch time over.
I cant online at home since yesterday =(
ps: I prefer balancing than stretching (coz my body can break if i stretch)
