Bake tomato Egg & rice

 I like easy cooking... however this time looks not simple.
I got some left over rice which is overnight. I fried them with sausages and tomato sauce.
 Then I took out the filling of the tomato, I bake the empty hollow tomatoes for 10mins in 180 degree
Then I fill left with an egg, Right tomato with some olive oil, then rice & cheese on top.

 eggs with some seasoning, pepper and herbs
 after another 10mins, it is done.
Viola! 
Bake tomato with egg and rice.
Filled with rice, just like risotto.
