Have you guy ever wonder why Girls have to wear heels??

According to Wiki How (it teach you how to walk):
Wearing high heels can make you stand so that your legs looks slimmer, TALLER,your stomach is flatter, (your butt look curvy) and your femininity is unstoppable. It can also do wonders for your stride, but walking in high heels is not a natural talent--it's learned skill, perfected by practice and discipline.

i think it is also a way for women to learn their balancing skills! standing in a height of like few inches high than your normal height, with only small surface on the bottom of your shoes...it really tested your Balancing ability!!How did such small surface shoes support the weight of your body??

Will you able to walk in this Stiletto heels below?:

or this??
I'll be impressed if you can.

Time by time, the heels are getting higher and higher...

so, do girls think of the consequences??? (read here & here)
Common problem of long term wearing heels: Back pain, knee, angle, muscles problems & etc...

Then why women still wearing the heels after knowing all the consequences???
women always be the victim of fashions.

So guys, if u wanted to know how your girlfriend/ girl's friends feeling while wearing heels, try on, and just walk one round over your house.
Imagine your gf can walk the whole shopping complex, levels by levels.

for Female, would you prefer health or fashion?

Say goodbye to coffee

I'am a coffee lover
I love the aromatic smell of the bitter sweet taste of the coffee
I'd fall in love with coffee but I'm not addicted
I wish I can drink it every morning to kick start a day
However I controlled myself for not addicted to its caffeine contain.

I love coffee but I can't stand the caffeine
I realized I gets hungry easily everytime i had a cup of coffee every morning
when i get hungry, I get shaky hands and also i can feel my heart beats increase
This might be the way it helps us get energized?
one cup of coffee for me after 3pm, will make me insomnia for the night.
I could say that it is love-hates for a cup of coffee
it bring me so many effects where my body could not take the caffeine.

Does Coffee aid digestive?
out of my curiosity, I tried to search for more information of why it make me so hungry!
The results turns out to be my surprised.
"Coffee has been reported to have effects on the digestive system that are definitely not helping the process. Coffee is known to be a stimulant. It acts as a stimulant on the gastro-intestinal tract too. Coffee acts as a laxative - caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. In as many as 4 minutes, the laxative action of coffee can be experienced. Apart from this does coffee aid digestion? Not really. Coffee also tends to increase stress hormones. This has a direct effect on the functioning of the digestive system which can be seen in people suffering from upset stomachs due to stress. Coffee also causes the stomach to secrete excess hydrochloric acid. While this may help in protein digestion, it is more likely to give rise to acidity. Also because of the laxative action, highly acidic food from the stomach is sent into the intestine more quickly, and the acid can cause damage to the intestinal lining." (source)

For gastric people like me, I should stop having coffee.
(or maybe having only once a week?)

-"Research has shown a definite link between coffee drinking and ulcers. One study of 25,000 men showed that those who drink coffee have about a 72 percent higher risk of developing ulcers than those who don't."(source)

However there are also some benefits of drinking it :
* "Coffee is good for the liver. In a study at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program in Oakland, California, scientists found that coffee reduced the risk of alcohol-related cirrhosis. Other research suggests that coffee supports liver health in general.

* Coffee lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes. Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health found that men who drank at least six 8-ounce cups daily reduced their risk of type 2 diabetes by more than 50%, and women lowered their risk by 30%. Chlorogenic acid and magnesium in coffee are believed to reduce insulin resistance, which plays an important role in diabetes. However, given the impact of six cups of caffeinated coffee (decaf doesn't have the same benefits, since most are removed when the caffeine is taken out), further studies showing treatment effect with fewer than six cups a day will be beneficial.

* Regular coffee consumption may reduce the risk of Parkinson's Disease. At least half a dozen studies indicate that consistent coffee drinkers are as much as 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's.

* And even more benefits. Other research has linked coffee with a possible lower risk of liver, colon, breast and rectal cancers. And I read recently that caffeine may also be protective against skin cancer. Plus, caffeine may help treat asthma and headaches, which is why both Extra-Strength Excedrin and Anacin contain caffeine. And one study suggests coffee can help prevent cavities." (source)

So..for those who likes coffee, please do not addicted to it.
