Australia Dairy Co. HK

When I view via HK Pictures, I realized I did not post all yet~

Especially FOOD.

Dear Ju Lee bring me to Australia Dairy to try their cream milk products for a high calcium breakfast

(i tot Australia shd be got a lot?)

this shop located at Jordan Street

heard that there are always crowded

but when we go in, we are lucky enough to have a place

but sooner or later, we got to share table with others

really, I'm not very keen on reading Chinese menu 

esp chinese without English words

I'm still slow, as those words/food that I hardly tried

as the waitesr are so in-hurry(actually is efficient) ...i'm stressed for few seconds

plus, i'm a translator =P

Steam egg white with milk HKD18

I ordered upon breakfast set

I kinda like milk sometimes.. especially fresh one.(don like powder type)

while Ju Lee's not.

she is so kind enough to bring me go for it and looking me taking this

of cause she had her breakfast set too.

one sip, taste like pudding with powerful creamy milk taste

I chose hot one. Hot pudding. LOLz

Macaroni With Hams

actually I don't know i ordered this

nor shall I said I don't know this macaroni is include in the set

Macaroni called 通粉

I really need to resit my chinese.

is nothing special bout this.

Scrambled/fried egg toast

it is thoroughly spread egg scramble.. (ignore my descriptions)

I'm not really into eggs, but not fried or scrambled ones

moisture enough and fluffy~

Then this set also came with Milk Tea.

gosh, i really miss the milk tea there

hm... i think teh tarik will be a replacement for me =)

HK wan tan mee~

 What i miss the most is HK's milk tea..
I don't know why or what is the big differences
Its milk tea is silky smooth and nice
FYI, I like milky tea a lot.
Not milk powder, but those evaporated milk/condense milk, latte, fresh milk, full cream milk...(not low fat, i not so like low fat)
I'm typical milk fans...
That's why I like to stir my own milo or coffee, i can add super lots of thick milk! muahaha....
Ju Lee darling bring me to this famous milk tea stall in HK. It's super not cheap.  Taste is so-so, but still better than those in M'sia. Not really cheap, it cost like bout 2 for HKD32. We were full after lunch, still we wanna get a try there. We wanna keep warm ourselves by siting inside, the rules there wrote, "spend HKD20 and above per person only can take a seat". well, We just dabao then! hmpf! and I ordered cold one =P

Lunchie at Tsim Chai Gei

Actually that road has variety of wan tan restaurant

we just tembak one.

 It has variety of wan ton's flavor

 But we choose the most original wan

 Normally when I eat wanton mee, I wont eat the dumplings, i just ate noodle.

for ever 1st time in HK, why not taste all??

Is super yummy! 

I'm not sure is I'm too hungry or the whole bowl is extremely delicious

I ate all....(not like julee =D)

the dumpling filling is really fully packed minced meat with thin tender skin!

and the mee, super springy man...I forever cannot forgot the taste.

plus, with its soup. really match!

and match with my appetite too =D

the dream land~ HK disney~

The third day of HK,

we planned a day for disney land
too bad the shopping center nearby dragged our time =P

Morning at dim sum again~(post the food later on)

was very excited

After wax museum visit,

we headed to outdoor

where ju lee told that we need not pay to the top peak for entrance fee

just walk out a park will do

you will also see the nice scenery of HK~

The HK wax Museum

I have no chance to met the real Stars~

therefore I wish, at least can meet the 'part' of them

So, Wax museum had been my First Wish list to go in HK.

Thank god Ju Lee is fine with this.

well, after lunch and milk tea..

we took a great long walk to the peak tram

The journey is far and cold.

When you reached there, you'll felt is worth a while.

just one thing we both hate...

people there are crowded..

for some kids..really, we started to hate ourselves for what they behave as we are almost same race

why are they so different?

god bless...

Ramdomi Hong Kong

Sorry, so late only upload HK's post

I'll randomized upload post as I'll made as much post as possible.

I guess you don't like me to tell such long stories and bore.

Out fit of the day~

When we arrive HK, realized the temperature is so cold!

and very soon, we went Argyle Mall to bought this 2 big knit wears

Cost only HKD 180 for 2!
thanks to miao lend me the boots.

Argyle mall is a bit like Sg Wang in KL.

Cheap stuff there~ However all winter clothing...

I could say that 1st day is our shopping day~

could u imagine that above perfume is all mine?

some are perfumes request from my colleagues

and the coat, with the big handbag (HKD110)~

right, enough for that.

Lets talk bout HK famous dim sum~

Do you spot me?

This is TIM HOU WAN dim sum

which located at Sam Shui Po.

Honestly, all these famous location is found by Ju lee

One of my function in HK is, to read chinese Menu for her.

(FYI, she is banana)

And oso speak broken cantonese

(where waiter talk to me in Chinese.hehe)

More or less, I felt like they thought me is from China =.=

we reached at 9.30am, and the queue is already that long

here is their famous amos Dim SUm

We are 1st batch to get in. 

Most of us got to share table.

their system is so nice and organized!

and they are QUICK

the Gui Fa Gou~

Sou pei Man Char Siew Bao

Crispy outer shell with juicy pork~ Yum!

My first time ever tried -HK chee cheong fun

with char siew~

U gonna know, there is 2 big prawns inside each dumpling

with prawn and mushroom inside.

Some how the taste felt so different in HK. I don't know how to explain

she keep taking pictures

while those sit beside us keep looking at us

why?

because when food came, 1st thing we do is take picture

after few shots only can eat.

while other HK ppl edi eat like hungry ghost.

Well, we did finished it quick. 

We even cleared all!!!

HK travel~ (brief)

Since I not really got all the photos yet~

I'll update little by little

our first stop from airport is Tsim Sha Tsui~

where our hotel is located.

I could say that Hong Kong's transport system is really good

quite many people using public transport than own vehicle

Plus the time we traveling in Hong Kong is winter time

we walk most of the times.

For the 1st day of shopping, I spent more than half of what I bring.

Sad.

my leg started to sore on the third day

What I missed most bout Hong Kong food is their dim sum

especially their jelly like cake

"Guai Fa Gou" 桂花糕

This Jelly like cake is cristally soft

not that sweet but taste just nice.

It just feels like herbal in a cold jelly taste.

桂花 in English called - Sweet Olive

From the picture, there are a few Sweet olive flower inside the jelly

吃出甘甜香味来~

真是回味无穷

i miss it so much...

Last but not least

The only affordable Disney land I went

We went in a really cold weather

well, is small, but worth! =D
