Yoga Lin You Jia?

Is real yoga class!

For over 24 years, this is my 1st yoga class

Yes, i took my 1st yoga trial at OUG there

Recommended by Monkey

She had been learning yoga for almost one year now.

Is in a small house

(Rukun Tetanga)

Most of the learners are in their 50s

They can do it, why not me?
SO I took my courage

I went there (thanks for Monkey who borrow me the mat)

and we start off with basic yoga



Yoga including balance
breath
calm in soul and body
and helps blood circulations

Immediately I felt the calm of myself after 3 short relaxations!
amazing, and i Sweats! (I hardly sweats)

(above are some steps I learnt)
It could be 2nd most stretching moment of my life
My first most painful stretch had given to pilates!
I learnt pilates when my friend bring me to Fitness First
I'm not sure if the instructor just don care the beginner...
or is it us that cannot stretch
My friend even stop and rest the half way of learning pilates.
whereas I continues till the end
the next day i woke up with body ache!
Like 70 years old lady...
do yoga same as pilates?
Hopefully this yoga won't cause any body ache
currently my both arms are quite aching...
the rest of my body still can take it.
I don't want expect it until tomorrow!

Above are some of the actions I did.
excluding 'X' one.
Means that I still got a lot of tough part to learn!
When my instructor asked me to rest,
and watch those seniors (including Monkey) continue their yoga,
I am shocked!!!
Notice the red arrow i pointed above pic?
yes, their head is on the floor.
whole body lean on wall (some don't)
upside down they 'stand'
How am I going to do such thing?
very tough for stiff people like me!!!

For that moment, this action really scared me off!
when after that they told me this have to learn slowly....
not after weeks, but for those who learn almost a year.
Then I 'hiew' in relief.
OK, I decided! I want to continue.
For person who don't like sport, should take yoga.
even aunties can do this, y not u?

if only it didnt cost that much for a yoga class here.. maybe i should learn it on my wii fit plus.. lol

Yeah good that you taking good exercise! But I can learn it FOC on my Wii Fit =p anyway is Trial not trail haha

anyway i think with instructor bside is better, she can help to correct ur posture, if not, u can easily bend/twisted over yourself.

really have to be careful learn in house.

the class is RM45/month, 4times. means one week once.

I think I should invite u for my wii fit some day... really XD coz they have a sensor of ur center point.. they correct ur post by sensoring it, and u have to do warm up b4 u do yoga, so advance it wii fit =p u dunno meh?

Yoga is actually good for your health and body cause it targets all part of your body while gym doesn't, such as the stretching. The arrow that you pointed out, that's actually a head stand :)
