I wasn't that happy that time

But now is.. 

What had happened? 

It wasn't for blaming 

and maybe I was also retrieved the wrong message from my ex BL

I learned a lesson

Story begins when I tender my resigned letter.  For some of the company, they will deduct your left over annual leaves (AL) and you can leave the company early. You can either took a few weeks holidays or maybe you can continue your new work straight.  I'm not a workaholic! I wanted a holiday more. I was so careless, that I did not take note of my previous AL I had taken.  My new company already chasing for the date I suppose to start working.  Without risking, I suggest they give me the date on one month later (as my 1 month notice after resigned) at the same time I wait for my ex BL's reply. 

I questioned her about the effective date I'm leaving, and she said she will give me later (means 1-2days later I asked). I highly expected that I could take an early leaves after deducts my AL (I guess I have at least 10days AL left).  So, she gave me the calculation and I really left 10days off.  I remember she asked me to choose whether I wanna deduct my leaves or stay till before I start my new work, because they haven't find a replacement for me.  Immediately I told her that I would like to deduct my leaves. She asked me to reconsider, and of course will pay back.  Alright, I told that I would reconsider and reply her next week.

By the time I told her that I cannot extend the days, and she told me that then I have to work till the day before I start my new work. I was shocked.  I request to deduct my leaves and she was right, the company have the rights to not let employee deduct their leaves.  I stunned and also told that I can't cancel the plan.  Then BL said that she will discuss with Boss. I am so down. I have no mood to work. I blame myself did not stated clearly on my resignation letter. I blame myself that I did not take note if the leaves I'd taken throughout the year. and that's when I wrote on the previous post. I started to accept that I'll not have leaves.

After 2-3days later, she gave me another unexpected news.  They agree to let me go..... I m delighted. Truly touching and thankful for their consideration =D.  They are the good boss! (altou no bonus given =.=), at least they did not scold me till the day I left. I did many mistakes.. as they know I'm not studying in this field. Although sometimes they did asked me do something wasn't really in my working range.. do more things, and learn more things. This is how I remind myself. 

At last, I'm sitting here writing this post... But I have much more things to do later =.="
