How it works?

Caffeinated drinks increases EE (energy Expenditure - inhibits the absorption of nutrients, carbohydrates and fats!!!) and also metabolism. ---No wonder I get hungry after drank a lot of tea. Therefore, it explains why we Chinese drink tea after a heavy meal~~

The above link also showed some link according to the different comparison had been carried out.

Is that mean that I just need to drink Coffee everyday to loose weight??

Well not really (I think). According to the passage wrote, the concentration of polymerized polyphenols in Oolong tea is Higher than Green tea. Higher Level of the said concentration will also link to higher level of burning fats!! Caffeine is not the only one work out. lol!

In the earlier paragraph said that it would block nutrients absorptions, should be not all, but Oolong tea is more effective on blocking the absorptions of fats and carbohydrates.

Is it all true? well you have to find more evidence to proof it, don't you?

Was making a bracelet for my old bestie,

Met her today and went to a short lunch n shopping.

Due to din meet for long time, We chat a lot!

mama is away to Taiping soon

Tomorrow, my mum will be away to Taiping for 3D2N. (Papa Will babysit us)

Quickly I respone: No No....DON COOK?!

Me: yeah....

Papa: Sure la, just wash only wut.

Me: Noooo...U cooked, but kena scold is me!!! =.= (pray hard wish dad don cook)

Papa: huh??

Me: yala, later I washed d, then I put in wrong place, then when Kitchen owner is back..... >.< (using eye pointed to mama)

mama is smiling there...lol!

yala...I not used to cook at home. Why? is not because I don want to, Is because every time kena marah after cooking. aiks, Lame excuse? duh~~ why need to cook when mama is around? I enjoy her food! hahahha

Weekend is all with my dear ex- housemates. Mi mi and Candy~

Too bad we did not bring camera for the 2 days outings.

Sat:

I went to setapak to meet them. Then we drove to the Curve.
Have a western lunch and long long chat... even I'd edi outdated for leaving them one year ahead, I do understand a while. Is good to listen their stories. ^^
then we went for a Sing K session. Is quite flexible with all the things that we did not plan, and also just go for it. Everything went off smooth, with a spacious room for us. Just that I forgotten to bring my voucher. aiks!! And it is raining during our Singing session!

After that, we had a walk at the flea market. Rain is gone, gloomy evening, just perfect for the walk. We bought some things there.

We went back to Alpha for some rest and heading no where to dinner. With a sudden tought, Mi Mi wanted to go to Look out point. Is so jam in MRR2!!! And when finally we reached there, parking is so full!!! So we have no choice but to give valet parking. Is only RM3. hAhaha... We had a romantic dinner at the cooling open air. And is when Mi mi's Sim card having prob, and we keep on switching sim cards.

They are persuading me for a night stay at Alpha cause is already late at night. I was considering until then I decide to stayback, My dad disagree, saying afraid of the place i parked is not safe! (the car safetiness). they were planning to come over setapak and drive back together for both ( me and the car) safetiness. I was stunned a while as this get so much trouble for them to come over (as I know they sleep early). So I decided to go back alone. At last, they don't let me to. For all the things, I had thought a lot. I was somehow touched of what they done for me, but also I was fed up as I have no such freedom. I did struggle to think a lot for that night and i decided not to think anymore...

The next day, We had our lunch at Mid Valley and shop all the day. I have some window shopping for the clothes n we met someone new. ^^, Mi Mi's bf.

Short story:
While my mum waiting me in the car (i went to bank), there is a Chinese lady approached mum's car. She asked mum winding down the door glass, so that she could speak to my mum.

she (speak in china Chinese slang) : I can see u are local people. Can you do me a favor? can you treat us dinner?

mum (she dono how to speak Chinese, but little.): wo bu hui ting,bu hui jiang! (in out of tune)

she: aiya....(then walked away)

what the...why still can ask stranger to treat them meal wan ah? there is no free lunch/dinner, auntie, u dono ah???
she sure up to something.

after I get in the car, mum told me this. the lady still standing far away. I could see she wearing quite well. plump auntie, with some tiger pattern top, sport shoes..... I assume she is not alone.

All the bicycle already fully rented!!!

who is the Itchy Hand???

Yest, when I reached my Condo's Car park, I 'bang' into a small tiang (which use to prevent others from parking into this lot, stand in the middle of the car park lot), when i reversing my car!!!

All the while the tiang is laid down coz I already rent this lot!!! I don't know who the hell so itchy hand put up the tiang again!!!

I did not notice it coz it is just 2 feet from the ground and there is a wall beside my parking lot and my reverse sensor did not sound!!! OMGWTFBBQ sauce!! I get out of the car and checked what happened. there is a screw that make the tiang stand. So I took out the screw and park in the lot. well my bumper have some scratch. when My dad checked later on, he told me the bumper actually lose bout 2cm!!! dad threw the screw away and tried to push up my bumper.

According to my mum, before I rent this lot, there is someone else parking (who did not have permit) on this lot and was request to move his car coz I had rented this lot. We suspect this person not happy with it.I paid for this lot leh! and I get scratches on my car butt....sigh...what a day! who wanna buy my car plate number?? ( :P)

I had a weird dream 1:
a few nights ago, I dreamt bout my dear don 'choi' me and I feel so sad but not crying!

I had a weird dream 2:
I was walking with my friend YC on the overhead bridge. in front of us was 4 police man and behind them was a girl in some jewelry shop uniform. I guess they guarding the girl. We felt perfectly safe and wanted to try on short cut. But afraid the police saw and saman us. Manatau they also take a short cut. But to take this short cut, U have to jump down from the bridge!(weird leh) who also knows jump down from bridge is short cut!!! but is bout 3 feet high only... and a handsome guy appeared from no where wanna offer his help to support me from below. ahahahha...so happy...then I was waken by my bro who wanna take his clothes in my room!!! Cis, he spoilt my dreams with this kind man!!! arghhhhh!!!!

I was quite boring...

so I come up with this::

You can just mix the colour and do watever thing you want

at first, I taught is so easy...

Weird things happening in my office

First of all....Month of seventh of Chinese Lunar calender is over.
I still feel something strange happening..

scene 1:

My blog...I was replying my own comment then I pressed 'enter' key. Then it showed up to be my replied name is 'cg' who is cg???? U can see on my 'busy but happy' comment post-that contents is what I write! (means I comment which is not in my account) I feel like i wanna change my blog URL again. what is happening? someone hacked my computer???(i m the only one using my comp)

Scene 2:
this morning, I wanted to called Courier services to pick up a document. I remembered there is no one pick up on the other line. so then.....I called again 30mins later. Then I tell the operator our account number, and guess what the operator said? he said there already someone called to pick up a document just now. I was...: huh? someone??? (everyone know I am the only one working here, no colleagues except bosses...impossible they will call themselves as the account number is with me.)he then said: yeah, a colleague of yours had called us this 11am something....

I: er....I am ....the only one working here...

he: oh..haha...so we will pick up the documents later after 2pm.

I:ok.thanks.

***hang up*** and feeling a little bit weird.

Busy but Happy!

This is the big day for Mr and Mrs Yeap.
Her wedding day and
my 1st time friend's wedding day
we are all excited!
here is my nearly fulled schedule:
Saturday, After 5pm,I meet up with Racheal at Tesco.
then meet up with ex-supervisor, Cherryn in Pandan indah.
Together, we meet up with Jasvine. (i totally changed 3 times of cars!)
we bought some materials in Carrefour.
However we cant find the disposable brief!(one of the game)
we went to search for it. Very embarrassed is that, when we reached Watson, the shop is half closing, I rushed into it and looked for disposable panties!

and after that, is to the bride's house, prepare dand decorated everything till late night.
Is tired but happy~
we overnight at Jasvine's house which near to Ah Sim's place(bride)

on 20/09/09
the games we had:(note that we will punished even within time range)
1) wear the disposable panties with words. arrange within given time.then dance!
Punishment: healthy juice (celery, onions,garlics and ginger)
2) ate the grapes in the bra wore by bride groom
Punishment: wasabi chickens
3) Sing a love song
Punishment: search the bride's room keys inside ice buckets. wrong key? ang pow please!!

and walla~~that is the day and we followed their car to bride groom's house.

get pretty tired but cannot sleep at noon.

then is dinner time!. i wear all black. lol~

the food in Royal China is nice!!!!

early in the morning, I quickly bath and pack.
Time square shopping time!!
Is fun to shop with girls!
we get pretty tired after 5 hours walk.
we admit we are old!!!
okok...I hunt my shoes,legging, T-shirt.
whereas we help ching mun to shop and we changed her image.
I really hope she will wear those.

after that we went to Giant to buy junk food, Pizza and breakfast for the next day.
After a nice , fulled dinner, we watch "the ugly truth"
Is so comfortable because Cm's house has a mini theater.
yo yo yo...and Wc just went to bed after movie.
Pity her that she worked night shift and then shop with us straight.
then Miao si fu and Pei si fu teach the ladies to make up.
girly night...I slept with Ju lee.
the next day, we busy preparing breakfast.
Cooked ham with toast butter bread and cheese.
totally fulled till lunchie.
And our lunch held in Red Box IOI.
We sang out loud.
too bad CM don SING!! aiks.

Tea time, we packed everything and is time to go.
Sorry to ching mun that we mess up your room.
